Two Zeppas on a 16-Inch Dually Wheel

Why two? The harder the tire, the more a second Zeppa helps. On a really stiff or very low-profile tire, two Zeppas keep the bead in the drop center all the way around.

Okay, now we're going to demonstrate two Zeppas being used on an E load range, 10-ply, 16-inch dually wheel and tire, as an example. First, he's got the first one inserted, he'll rotate it around, get it partway, stop, insert a second tool to help hold it into the drop center, and it'll go on around. Just like that, it's done.
Note: Notice how the wedge built into the Zeppa pushes the tire bead into the drop center of the wheel with very little effort. This makes it much easier to remain in a good position to continue operating the tire machine and keeps your hands away from the danger areas while changing a tire. The Zeppa’s long body also works like a lever, so stiff low-profile and run-flat sidewalls go down with less effort, and your hand stays 8 to 10 inches to the side of the bead instead of directly over it.
